Spray Booths

The popularity of the sports utility vehicles and small trucks has given way to a new size of automotive / truck booths. Our three standard cross-flow auto booths are available in a slightly larger size. The airflow in a cross draft booth enters at either the front or rear of the paint booth and exhausts at the opposite end. Cross flow paint booths are an economical avenue to providing a clean, well-ventilated work area for your painter.

STANDARD DESIGN FEATURES:

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION - Panels are manufactured of 18 gauge G-90 galvanized steel. All panels have pre-punched holes for easy nut and bolt assembly. Both the filter type and solid doors have a structural steel tube frame, leak proof wiper type seals at the bottom and polyfoam seals at the center.
LIGHTING - High efficiency lighting units designed for mounting outside booth. Industrial rated, four tube fluorescent fixtures with dust-tight seals and are UL listed.
FAN SPECIFICATIONS - Quiet exhaust fans designed for spray booths. Heavy duty tubeaxial type with enclosed belts and sealed bearings.
MOTORS - All motors are energy efficient, totally enclosed, fan cooled, multi-voltage, 208/230/460, three phase with a single phase option.
FILTER GAUGE - A manometer that indicates when paint arrestors or air intake filters necessitate replacement.
LATCHES - Heavy duty, quick release type with positive closing and panic hardware.
INTAKE FILTERS - These filters have soft, pliable, polyester fibers coated with a special adhesive for superior dust trapping. With built-in reinforcement frame.
DISPOSABLE PAINT ARRESTOR FILTERS - Paint arrestor exhaust air filters are a specially spun fiber designed to remove paint particles efficiently from spray booth exhaust air.
SIDE ACCESS DOOR - Access door has an 18" x 36" observation window.
UL LISTED - Electrical components and latching devices are UL listed.
MISCELLANEOUS - All necessary hardware and caulking materials are included with each booth.
