Spray Systems Non Recovery Powder Booths are an extremely efficient method of powder coating. Booths are designed with a 3-Stage filter system that captures the powder over-spray, allowing clean air to recirculate back into your plant, eliminating the need for exhaust stack with air replacement systems.

The 3-Stage filters include a stage one pre-filter pad, stage two 12" deep reusable powder bag filter and a stage three final filter

A pressure switch is included for monitoring the static pressure across the final stage. This pressure switch is safety interlocked with the powder equipment to shut off at a pre-determined set point.
